Carroll Group Aus has developed a suite of policies and procedures to meet its compliance and business requirements. Recently CGA was audited against the ISO standard and successful in achieving certification for the following standards.


ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Carroll Group use this standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation


Carroll Group Aus currently hold accreditation under the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme for Fatigue (BFM), Mass & Maintenance Management enabling:

  • An effective fatigue risk management system to provide more flexible work & rest options for our drivers to undertake the transport task.

  • The use & development of more efficient transport lanes by accessing additional mass concessions and approved networks.

  • Improved fleet performance, safety & reliability through managed service & inspection schedules, operational checks & reporting.
